This is the real rule book. Every report is scored by these rules and nothing else. A page starts on 5 points, and the total can't go above 100.

Part 1: Offences

8	Fading in with intent	Two or more fade-up animation references in the source.	5
9	Going equipped with a row of cards	Three or more card or feature elements.	8
10	Failure to describe oneself	No meta description.	3
11	Lorem ipsum left at the scene	Placeholder text on the page.	10
12	Abandoned footer	A copyright year of 2024 or earlier.	2
13	Single-page residency	One page, under 700 words, no internal links.	4

Part 3: Classification

Score needed for each classification, and the sentence

45	Category A slop	Indefinite detention on a free tier, with no access to a design system.
30	Category B slop	Two years of unpaid refactoring, to be served consecutively.
18	Category C slop	Community service: write one CSS file by hand, in public.
0	Minor vibes	Formal caution. The page may go free, but officers will remember it.

Part 4: Limits of this Act

None of this can prove who or what wrote a page. Hand-built sites can use purple, and AI-built sites can be careful. This Act has no legal force, because we made it up.
